Give Love.

HELLO CELLIES!

I was just talking to God the other day and telling him that I don't want to hurt so that I could love people and He just asked me, "Does it matter what you get back (when you love others)?" And I knew without thinking that the answer was No. It didn't matter what I got back. After all, my treasures are stored up in heaven, whatever else I receive here on earth would just be an added perk. God has showered upon me all that I need, and always a little extra to make me feel extra special.

And when I was just thinking about it again just now, something in the Bible came to mind. How different are you from the pagans if you just give to those who will be able to give back to you? What sets you apart as Christians, as followers of Christ is that you give to those you know will not be able to repay you in any way.

Give love. It's a way of honour.
